The Human Resources Directorate one of the supporting functions of NIAS and provides a wide range of personnel services to the Service, its Managers and staff. The Directorate provides services at both a strategic level and operational level. The Human Resources Directorate support front-line Ambulance Services in securing, supporting and developing a committed and competent workforce appropriate to the strategic objectives and vision.
