In order to provide both emergency care and non-emergency patient transport services throughout Northern Ireland, there is a large supporting team. These people may be employed directly by the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service, external organisations or volunteers. Hopefully, this information will give you an insight into the backroom people without which the day to day effectiveness of the Trust would not be feasible.
