You do not have to use the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to make general, everyday enquiries about the Service – these can simply be directed to the relevant Directorate.

If you wish to use the Freedom of Information Act to request information that is not available in our Publication Scheme or in our Published Info / Corporate Info areas, you can contact us by email or post etc (please remember - all requests for copies of information need to be in writing).
