Non-Executive Director - Mr James Ignatius (Seamus) Shields
Mr James Ignatius (Seamus) Shields lives in Sixmilecross, Omagh and was appointed as a Non Executive Director in May 2009 for a term of four years.
Since 2005, Mr Shields has been a Solicitor with John McGale, Kelly and Co Solicitors, Omagh. He was Principal of St Matthew's Primary School, Ballygawley from 1984 to 2000 and has been an elected member of Omagh District Council since 1989. He is a member of the Management Committee of the Armagh Observatory and Planetarium and a member of the Board of Governors of Dean Maguire College, Carrickmore.
Mr Shields has a First-class Honours Degree in Law and a Master’s Degree in Mathematics. He also serves as a Board Member of Libraries Northern Ireland and is a Director of the Irish Central Border Area Network (ICBAN Ltd). Mr Shields is a member of the Audit and Remuneration Committees

Non-Executive Director - Professor Mary Bridget Hanratty CBE
Prof Mary Bridget Hanratty CBE lives in Dungannon and was appointed as a Non Executive Director during August 2007 for a term of four years.
Until January 2007, Professor Hanratty was Director of Nurse & Midwifery Education at the Beeches Management Centre, Belfast. Prior to this, she was Director of Nurse Education at both the Eastern and Southern Colleges of Nursing. She was elected Vice President of the UK Central Council for Nurses, Midwives and Health Visitors and the Nursing and Midwifery Council from 1998 to 2006.
Prof Hanratty holds the following qualifications:
- Registered Nurse Adult and Mental Health
- Registered Nurse Teacher
- Bachelor of Arts Degree (OU)
- Master of Science Degree (QUB)
Current Board appointments include the Middletown Centre for Autism, Armagh and Southern Regional Further Educational College. Public appointments include lay membership of the Northern Ireland Social Care Council’s Professional Conduct Committee and the Solicitor’s Disciplinary Tribunal. Professor Hanratty is Chair of the Assurance Committee and a member of the Audit Committee.

Non-Executive Director - Mr Sean McKeever
Mr Sean McKeever lives in Loughgall, Co Armagh and was appointed as a Non Executive Director in December 2010.
Mr McKeever is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland. He was Chief Executive of the former Southern Health and Social Services Board having previously been Finance Director with the Board for 11 years.

Non-Executive Director – Miss Angela Elizabeth Paisley
Miss Angela Elizabeth Paisley lives in, Dungannon and was appointed as a Non Executive Director in December 2010.
As a Chartered Accountant Miss Paisley has held the post of Senior Finance Manager/Business Continuity Manager (East) with the Health and Social Care Board. Prior to this she was Finance Director of the former Eastern Health and Social Services Board.
Miss Paisley has also served as a Senate Member (Audit Committee Chair) of Queens University Belfast and was a Lay Member of the Chartered Accountants Regulatory Board (CARB) and an Audit Committee Member of the Department of Social Development.

Non-Executive Director - Mr Norman Harrison McKinley
Mr Norman Harrison McKinley, lives in Belfast and was appointed as a Non Executive Director in April 2009 for a term of four years.
Mr McKinley was formerly Chairman of the Board of Shalom Care and UK Trustee of the Family Fund. He is a Social Worker, by profession, since 2002 and has been employed in a number of posts by the British Red Cross; where he is currently UK, Director, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man.
Mr McKinley holds a Masters Degree in both Social Work and in Business Administration. Mr McKinley is Chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Assurance Committee.
