Director of Human Resources - Ms Roisin O'Hara

Roisin O'Hara was appointed as Director of Human Resources, Northern Ireland Ambulance Service in March 2002, having worked previously as a Director of HR in the voluntary sector. She has considerable exerience within HR in the HPSS, both in Acute and Community Trusts.

Ms O'Hara is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and has held the Office of Vice-Chair for the CIPD Northern Ireland branch.

She has a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management and in the past also lectured at Queens University Belfast.
