How we make Decisions

Trust Board Meetings

The Trust Board meets bi-monthly (usually on a Thursday) in public venues across Northern Ireland and comprises a Chairman, five Executive and Non-Executive Directors. The public are very welcome to attend these meetings, and agendas and papers are available to download in advance. Minutes of meetings are also published on our website; see the trust board pages for more information.

Public Consultations

We are fully committed to patient and public involvement and one way to achieve this is through a consultation process.

The Trust is currently consulting on Proposals for Efficiency Savings and CSR Investment 2008-2011 including an Equality Impact Assessment) on its proposals for realising the efficiency savings required by the Northern Ireland Assembly and also the investment accruing from the Comprehensive Spending Review (CSR) for the same period (2008 - 2011).

All interested parties, individuals and groupings are invited to respond to the consultation process which will last for 12 weeks, closing on 13 February 2009.
